About Justin Hemingway
From a young age I have always had a keen interest in health and fitness. I played football for many years and had trials at Fulham F.C. and also worked as Soccer coach in North America. I have been in the leisure and fitness industry for over 30 years and completed my Diploma in Personal Training at Guildford. Continuing my studies has allowed me to work as a sports therapist at various local football clubs as well as a freelance Personal Trainer. I regularly run 5km and 10km and also compete in Powerlifting competitions. I am currently playing Rugby League for the South London Silverbacks and this season we reached the Grand Final of the London and South East Championship.
Not only do I work in gyms or out of people's houses, but for nearly 10 years now, I have been working in care homes with residents with special needs including Epilepsy, Autism, Brain Injuries, Learning difficulties and various behavioural disorders.
I hope I can pass on some of my passion for health and fitness to others so that with my help they can use their ability to maximise their potential.
